theboy Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Well it was run over with a truck,broken in half, blade missing,rusty(from sitting from last year), and half the jaws were broken off.I sent it in for warranty and 7 days later they sent me a new one.I just wanted to give a shout out to a company with great customer service. They a pretty cool company, I went on a tour of their factory when I was in Portland for work. Every knife/tool is hand made.... very good discounts in their store as well... Quote
