Teck If she's taking half your *hit, sell it all to a non mutual friend for peanuts, give her half the cash (make sure you get receipts) and then buy it back from your friend in a little while under the table style lol. ladystrange Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 ick, i'm so glad that everything was 50%/50% with my ex in the divorce, split the house and went our own ways. i just used divorce online.ca and had him served while we were doing the house stuff with the real estate lawyer. it was pretty easy. they even have the separation agreement documents, which really is what covers all the who gets what and entitled to pensions, investments, kids, blah, blah blah...
