Hey guys, One of my close friends Walter was able to team up with Fish Tales and get a couple float trips (for 2 people) arranged to float down the Bow River. It would be a wonderful prize to win. Im attaching a link regarding where you can enter. All proceeds go to the children's starlight foundation. Below is a copy of Walter's story. Go to fish tales, I tried out 6 different 5 weight rods (like 3 weeks ago). Was in the same situation as you and broke my rod. I tried everything from 150 bucks to 800 bucks that they had in stock. Very patient staff, and very knowledgeable. I ended up getting the temple fork BVK and love it!

Thanks for the positive words guys, it was by far the most rewarding hike in my life. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be (thanks for 5 days a week in the gym and being an elk hunter). Finally knocked these gorgeous specimens off of my bucket list. I cannot wait to go back in there! We were abused by mother nature. She throw snow at us, a ton of rain, and insane wind. Was still able to catch a couple of these beautiful fish.
