Thanks for the info, I would like to fish a little bit of everything is there a rod style that is best suited for a lots of different situations. Is there any bands I should look for that are good but offer cheaper setups.

I'm looking for a combo to get in to fly fishing i have had a cheap one for years and I can cast but have never gone out more then a few times a year. I found some on cabelas for 80-100 bucks would these rods be ok, can I get any deals like this from the local shops in calgary.
