Hey thanks I wondered if that Fish Creek would be any good, I just got back from balzac I picked up an inflateable float tube (pontoon style) is there a short float that I would be ok on around here? Or should I wait for Wildhorse and Kinky when I get home?

I am visiting Calgary for the first time so i am not real sure about where to go. I am in the canyon meadows and bow bottom area and just want to do some walk and wade fishing, any help is appreaciated!

Hello folks my name is Kevin,I just moved from Ontario to Hinton Alberta I came with a bag of clothes my rods and some basic fly tying tools. I would just like to ask your opinion about what flies are staples that you absolutely would not go without in the rivers here. I am sure there are some that are the same as back home but judging by the looks of the rivers here I may have to learn to fish all over again. I am really looking forward to catching graylings and bulls. Also glad to be new member of your forum and thanks for the help.
