Cotton dress shirts should only be dry-cleaned once every so often -- unless, of course, you have the funds to keep replacing them. Frequently dry cleaning your dress shirts will deteriorate the fabric fibers, and the chemicals used will give your shirt an unsightly yellow tint. Check labels and wash according. Get it clean: Machine-wash and hang-dry your dress shirts as for buttons or not..I unbutton.

I have been tying for a couple weeks now and I have pretty much been jumping all over the place. I am starting to think about having a plan t make sure I have a well stocked set of fly boxes come Spring. What is everyone's approach to tying for the upcoming year? What would be your dream set of fly boxes for the bow including size? I know those are both loaded questions but I am looking for help with direction.

Jordo, Sweet work man. I was wondering about your mono loop and how you tie it in, could you elaborate? I would love to use this method for my hopper/dropper setups.

Well, I finally went out and bought some tying gear on Sunday so technically I have been tying for over 48 hours. I was looking for something to work on tonight when I found this thread. I'm very new at this so take it easy on me. I know that mayfly duns come in lots of different shapes and sizes but I chose to try and imitate a yellow drake with the materials I had on hand. I really like the extended body look for this type of fly and the almost invisible tail. Take it easy on the noob.... ( I apologize if this doesn't even qualify!) Recipe: Name: RBYD Dun Hook Type: Mustad dryfly hook, I chose a size 8 because thats what was here. Color:Yellow / Olive Tail: paint brush fibers (thanks for the tip!) Body: Yellow foam/olive antron dubbing Wing: Elk Hair Thorax: More olive dubbing Good Luck All!

You forget the fall Taco? I was on-site close to Valleyview and the were only giving Diesel to prefered customers... I was thankful I had the gas truck from the office and not the Diesel I was going to take! Pretty sad when something like this happens. Makes you appreciate a day on the screws floating the Bow!

What I don't understand is why the city is thinking of banning fire pits...why not enforce the bylaw instead? Take a few of the friendly peace officiers off of photoradar and put them on to tracking fires at night...save me some money!
