jonny5 Posted June 13, 2009 Share Posted June 13, 2009 Was out on a bike ride today in the closed section of highway 40... Looks like it might be good for opening day. All the creeks and rivers I saw (didn't get to the highwood) were running pretty clean, and it looks like most of the snow is gone around highwood pass. Might be worth a look on opening day if the good weather holds. On a related note, there were many signs of bear activity, so if you do head out, be aware. Later doods.
