LynnF Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 Thanks for posting this Sarah - I was looking for some info on where this happened as all I read was that it fell over "western Canada" and they weren't sure it touched land. Neat! Quote

dube Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 That is sweet. I remember seeing one when I was a kid and it traveled a more horizontal path, very cool stuff. Quote
LynnF Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I actually thought that flash was Dave dashing out of his house like a stealth ninja to go fishing. Quote

SteveM Posted November 23, 2008 Posted November 23, 2008 I actually thought that flash was Dave dashing out of his house like a stealth ninja to go fishing. So, what you're saying here is that Dub-D is a flasher??? Not really surprised by this news, I must say. Quote
KingSalmon Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I was outside at work that night and saw it just ripping over the refinery. I thought I was just seeing things lol, but this clears it up now. Thanks for posting! Quote
Myth1228 Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 I was walking across the bald ass prarie in the pitch black when that thing came racing by - scared the bejesus out of me at first as all day the bombs over at suffield had the ground around me shaking. I thought one of them had got away on them haha. It was so bright that I could clearly see everything around me for at least 200 yards before it became absolutely pitch black again. It was unreal watching the sky change from green to yellow to orange to red and then seeing a massive fireball come shooting by. Quote
LynnF Posted November 24, 2008 Posted November 24, 2008 That must have been the coolest thing ever to see that Myth. I'm sure that I would have been certain the world was coming to an end, had that been me. What an experience! Quote
