regdunlop Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 Was out this weekend and saw a ton of small (size 12-16) light green stoneflys (Lime Sallys?). Anyone care to share a pattern that they use for these guys (nymph or adult). I can't seem to find many patterns online other than a lime trude. Thanks. Quote
Flytyer Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 I do a stimmie variation that has a foam body in a lime green tied from size 18 -12 Quote
heijunka Posted July 23, 2008 Posted July 23, 2008 Here is a simple green nymph I use, may or may not work for ya but I've had luck with it! Green antron dubbed body, pheasant rump tail, and a "rib" and legs made from ostrich herl: Quote
regdunlop Posted July 24, 2008 Author Posted July 24, 2008 Thanks for the ideas guys. I'll give them a try. Quote
