He also has strong opinions on floating trout lines, and in the podcast he talks about why he loves textured lines and what taper he prefers and why. Also in the fly box we discuss upstream and downstream mends, what happens during a crazy olive hatch, slack line under your rod tip, setting the hook too aggressively, fishing saltwater flies for trout, and lots of other good questions.
