IronBowFlyShop Posted February 27, 2014 Share Posted February 27, 2014 2014 Beginner Fly Fishing Schools Iron Bow's Beginner Fly Fishing Schools are designed to take the new angler through the basics and onto the water for preparation of the upcoming season. The class is split into 2 sections with the morning spent in the classroom with a comfortable mixture of personalized tackle and strategy sessions, learning "the basics" understanding your gear, leaders,knots, basic entomology and flies through to reading water and on-water techniques. After lunch, in the afternoon we will concentrate on learning the basic casting techniques and strategies. The classes are hosted on a private pond. The Instructors are some of the areas finest Guides and Teachers. At the end of the class all students will get the opportunity to put their new found skills to the test and fish for leader breaking Rainbows. Cost $150.00 plus GST. All equipment is included as well as lunch and beverages. If you would like to bring your own equipment this is encouraged as well. Maximum 10 students, 2 Instructors.
