Each Saturday at 10:00 a.m. we host a free seminar on a fly fishing topic. Come and participate. Seminars are scheduled as follows: November 26 – WINTER FISHING ON THE BOW Kevin Peterson will show tactics, gear, and flies for the winter season on the Bow. Kev gets out a bunch during the winter and knows the river at this time as well as anyone. December 3 – “AM I DOING THIS RIGHT?” JEFF THOMSON ANSWERS QUESTIONS AND DEMONSRTATES PROPER TECHNIQUES AND COMMON MISTAKES IN FLY TYING Jeff will tie several of his cool patterns: Beetle, CDC Ant, Slickwater Caddis, Squirrel Prince, Girdle Bug, Soft Hackle, Foxy Clouser, Slump Buster, Strip Leech, Double Bunny December 10 – PERMIT PATTERNS FOR THE YUCATAN AND ASCENSION BAY Mike Gifford will tie go-to patterns for Mexican Permit. There is no charge and no pre-registration required. Simply drop by the shop and enjoy the seminar.
