Sept. 30 10 Better Late Than Never...

Here are some pictures of my first fish on my new Redington rod back in September. It was difficult to get used to the different action of the fast action rod but I finally landed a few after loosing the first three. Better late than never; I had to head to Ottawa for the past week, and I didn't get a chance to post these Bull Trout before I left.

 

I first started nymphing and as always for this time of year, the boatman pattern was killer.

 

 

 

Afterwards, the Bulls were on fire for anything that resembled Whitefish at the end of the day.

 

 

 

So after a long week of not being able to fish, I am hoping to finally get out to the river. Hopefully tomorrow unless something else comes up.
