Thanks to: Minister Penner Director of Wildlife ALL Regional F&W Managers "PHWFFC and ESPECIALLY PHWFFC-BC would like to thank the British Columbia Minister of Environment and the Director of Wildlife for their support in issuing an exemption from licensing permit for all fresh/non-tidal waters in BC, for PHWFFC members "in care" who are under the supervision of PHWFFC.
