Superfly is currently seeking an in-house Customer Service/Sales Lead for our growing Edmonton office. This is a full-time position with tremendous opportunity for growth. POSITION: In-House Customer Service/Sales Lead LOCATION: Edmonton HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This position is the primary point of contact for both internal and external fly fishing and fly tying expertise. Day to day duties include telephone sales calls, fielding customer service inquiries and communications with operations to maintain the highest industry standards for quality and delivery. Working with the marketing department, responsibilities include developing new products and marketing campaigns to grow sales. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Expert knowledge of fly fishing and fly tying Understanding of the fly fishing industry both wholesale and retail Customer service and/or sales experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and able to work well on a team Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Previous experience with Accpac an asset Ability to travel (Canada and USA) and represent Superfly in a professional manner at trade shows and other industry events TO APPLY If you are ready to get involved in the fly fishing industry from the inside out and meet the above prerequisites, please forward your resume to hrdept@superfly.ca Quote
