  1. i have used the chromes for the past few seasons and have been very pleased with them. they are a very comfortable and durable boot. The boa lacing system is very handy and makes it very easy to slip in and out of the boots. i have incountered a issue in the lacing system on both pairs of chromes i have owned. The inner tube of the lacing system begins to slide out. this has happened to me within the first couple of trips on both pairs. i have talked to a couple other guys that have had the same problem. its not hard to push them back in just get a bit annoying. besides that minor issue they have been great.

  2. Im going backpacking in kananaskis specifically bluerock wildland pp. i will be camping in a random backpacking area. On the parks website it states fires are allowed but collecting and burning deadwood is not permited? i want to have a fire but i dont want to break the law in the process. does anyone know any more information on the topic. I know people have campfires in kananaskis with found wood i just need to know more on the topic.

  3. flyfishingnate,

GloBug yarn denier is quite fine and works well for tiny yarn balls inserted into tippet knots. Tried it on large yarn indicator types and found that it wouldn't float well.

    Thanks.

So you wouldn't recommend using the bug yarn for stike indicators.
