  1. the airflo depthfinder is a deadp sinking line.. it comes by grains.. 22 ft sinking head with two toned integrated running line.. for a small stream line the rio gold would be a good bet!

I ordedred the full sink di3 and the rio gold. Thanks Max

  2. Hey all,

I'm looking for 2 new lines and was curious about your suggestions.

1st line - 6 or 7 wt full or sink tip for the bow and small lakes

2nd line - 4 wt for small rivers and creeks. DT or WF?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Thanks all

  3. im not 100 on this but i would assume your right the bearspaw too maxbell stretch closes in teh spring and fall for the browns and bows.. the bows spawn in teh wood and elbow and teh browns move up into the city too spawn i think the reason why this stretch dosnt close is because it it not the major spawning habitat for the fish.. just like the carseland-24 bridge closes teh same for the fish that spawn below the weird and cannot make it up when the water is too low for the fish ladder.....

do you know roughly when the browns and bows start to move. I'm on the Bow all year and lately its been really good. Just wondering if I should expect a slow period?? I kmow most bows take off into tribs, but brown fishin should stay good? right?

  4. From my perspective, I would much rather spend the extra 50 - 100 on a guide. There price is higher for a reason ie:experience. These guys are going to know where to catch the fish and create a great experience for their clients. If someone is offering a guided trip down the bow for 350-400, I am going to ask myself why so cheap. When you break down the rates to per/hr, it isn't alot of money after expenses.

So to all you guides, Kudos for doing what you love
