thanks. i was out today fishing downstream from the bridge on highway 8. saw one 14 inch brown. Will keep working the stretch until i get the knack.

I live in Redwood Meadows and have just taken up the fly rod. Ive been out on my own south of the brigde on the 22 with no luck yet. Is this a good area to fish? Any advice? Thanks
