monger Posted April 5, 2017 Share Posted April 5, 2017 Took it out to swing with a 540gr skagit tonight. This rod is a lot stiffer than my other noodle rod so it wouldn't load correctly. The casting was difficult until I made some adjustments. My novice mind thinks I need to bump up the Skagit head to 600gr. This rod sure has a lot of power.
