Doesn't look like anyone has been down there with a report recently. That would be one hell of a long float (especially if you found good fishing), but if you just rowed from Mac you'd be fine. Odds of water conditions being favorable from the highwood down are pretty well slim to none right now, so you'd likely be rowing out anyway.
