LOST - Sage 2pc 5WT with silver/black Sage 2540 reel

Dear Bow River Fishermen/women,

Lost my Sage 2pc, 5WT with silver/black Sage 2540 reel on 20/10/2024 on the city float (Glenmore to Police) on a side bank past Deerfoot Bridge. I've had the rod for so long I don't remember the exact model name but know it's rarer because it's an older Sage 2pc. It was rigged at the time with 2 small nymphs and a white Oros indicator. Believe it had an SA line on it.

Left on a raised bank near the water's edge on what looked like a well-travelled path. I set it down when we pulled over to have some lunch and must have forgotten to put it back in the boat when we took off again.

It's sentimental and I would be very grateful if anyone finds it and can return it to me. Happy to provide a case of beer or bottle of wine to anyone that happens to come across it.

Lost Wading Staff/Stick

My Home made wading staff/stick today above Jensen’s, black rubber tip with a garden hose type grip with lanyard. Don’t know how I missed it not seeing it float away today, but it was gone. Not worth anything $ but just sentimental as a friend made it for me.

Found yesterday on Bow River, downstream of Mac on an island side channel.

2 boxes, smaller, about size of deck of cards. One blue and one clear.

Look to be hand tied flies, would be nice to get back to owner. Send me a message with a further description of both and we will get them back to you.

Hello I lost a pontoon fin, single strap, floating type, “made in USA” somewhere between policeman flats and Carseland. Coming out of police, it must have fallen off my seat as I was demobing and likely floated away. If you have found, I would dearly like back. Cheers Dave

My girlfriends mom was walking down in Rotary Park by McKenzie Lake and found a Simms bag with a complete arsenal of fly rods, reels, etc. I'd like to return it to its owner as I know that I would be gutted to lose everything like someone did.
