  1. Once I am settled I intend to do a YouTube channel. Will send you a link at that time.
  2. Greetings all, I hope everyone had a great season so far. As for myself, my life is now going through change. I will be moving to British Columbia shortly where our family is originally from. Have promised my wife to return and we feel we need to help the family out there and retire. I have enjoyed this beautiful province, chasing trout in our wonderful streams and rivers. It has been fun doing demo fly tying over the years and tying for local shops and Fly Fishers. A great many of you I have fished with and called friends, I treasure all these relationships. I will be stepping down as Administrator of this forum. Being in BC will no longer allow me a local perspective. I wish you all shining waters full of rising trout for all your days. Old Doc
  3. Suspenders work better than a belt on waist highs for me.
  4. My latest waders have actually been my longest-lasting Reddington sonic-Pro HDZ. 3 years so far. When these finally go I am tempted to go full circle and go back to hip waders again. or at least waist highs.
  5. I wish someone would make decent waders that last more than a few seasons, I have had a run around with a few different brands. My Simms Guides for example were sent back 3 times for repair and I finally gave up on them when the crotch seam went.
  6. We have lost much of this over the years, As a young man the older guys would never think of bing so boorish on streams as I have seen nowadays. My fishing partner and I are careful and chat with others to establish the direction they're fishing and how we all approach the water.
  7. Love seeing the young trout, it means some are getting through whirling disease.
  8. Yikes major drought coming if no monsoon.
