  3. TFO BVK 8' 6" 4wt is a great rod for the price
  4. How about a TFO BVK0. It's a large arbor 2-3 wt reel with no drag.

  6. Check out TFO BVK 10 foot rods. They are available in 4-6 wts.
  7. Rods comes in different length. Are you planning to fish smaller rivers than get one that's shorter. They also come in different type of action. Use these criteria to help you decide what you want and price also.
  8. I use a pair of Oakley C-wire with polarized Amber lens. You can see pretty clear into the water.

    3Wt Reel?

    Look at the Redington Drift 2/3 reel. It's a nice little reel.
  10. Skagit would be better for beginner cause the head is short. Easier to learn.
  11. Take a look at a TFO NXT combo. It's around 240. Camels with rod case
  12. Last year after the flood. The parking lot was wash out. Hope they have fix it.

  14. Take a look at a Sage 4210 reel. The drag is seal and you can use it in saltwater

    3Wt Reel?

    Redington drift 2/3 wt reel. Not too heavy and price is right. Around $ 100
  16. Did you try using a hair stacker to pack the hair tighter ? If not try it.
